the guy was from down south and previous lap had 4 bet from mid into Hameds blind. Hamed had gave him abit of how much you got behind crack then pushed all in. Southern guy eventually folded with all the normal shit patter about doing it next time etc etc and was on semi tilt.
I had decided to push on his BB (8BB bet) anyway with the structure as it is and fair enough his hand hits.
Take that everyday tbh and just got up and said great hand mate god luck!!

If ya got less than 10bb in this structure you cant miss 2 laps without being in a pot to win because the antes and size of them cripple ya.

A total waste of £220 this tourny as it was a crap shoot with 6 tables left last night ad that to the fact that a 6 high flush draw is almost the nutz at Teeside and you have to be 1 sick bunny to get through that lot,next year i will play main event and miss the side events as i find it a tad frustrating when your building a stack and well above average only to have a 45 minute spell with no cards and then your half the average.

I hope De hammer wins it wont be the 1st time he has done back to back in a festival and when i started playing this game he was always the person i tried to avoid because he used to hit sets with alarming frequancy also a very,very good tourny player who becomes nigh on unstoppable when he gets chipped up.

At the Aspers festival in 2006 in the £300 freezeout he put out Lawrence Gosney in the very first hand of the tourny about 10 minutes after Lawrence had been showing off his wsop bracelet,it was a bit disapointing as i was on the table and wanted to watch Mr. Gosney
