one player had such a bad beat he jumped up from his seat so quick he twisted his back then crumpled to the floor in pain and an ambulance had to be called to take him to hospital, poor bloke still had 7000 left when he was stretched out.

He loses 2 hands in a row. first hand 88 against Q10 and the lad hits a queen to double up, then very next hand Imi shoves all in with A9 and the lad turns over AJ and hits the jack.

wow even with no laptop and dawn 110 miles away we still managed to get the updates to ya. well done dawny great job waiting on my calls and great updates.

congrats to imi - another good cash and ul not to chop it 3 way for £1600 each cos the chip leader at time thought he was home and hosed and refused.

we had great day oot, good laugh and for me personally i had 2 very friendly tables. standard of play was pretty poor but for the ammount of the prize pool you cant argue withthe value. deffo a regular occurance for me every month

Decent game, structure appears a bit harsh, but got to admit that the house dealers kept the game going at a fair clip, probably got as many hands in as we would in a local self deal 30 minute level. Value for a £40 game is tremendous. This game is not a one off, this is their regular last Saturday of the month game and i would recommend it to all.

well played imi played great nd nice result. went down not knowing wot 2 expect but tourney really well run and dealers and valets very good. standard of play was very poor in the main but this was evened out by it becoming shovefest from 3 tables out but cant really complain as good pot 4 £40. on personal note mrs stumpy out in 17th when her 66 lost 2 ak not bad 4 just learning the game. nd i had 110k with 15 left nd done 20% with imi who had
60k at the time knew at the time it was a case who picked up the hands or who won the races, unfortunately hit str8 v fullhouse nd crippled allin next 2 hands nd gone.deffo go again as nice pot 4 little outlay nd nice 2 get away nd get 2 know all the npfers a lot better njoyed the craic while watchin ft WELL DONE IMI

Great value comp and a lesson to be learnt for other venues as place was buzzin ( are ya reading Jimmy) cough cough weekend added value game = massive turnout plus full casino.
I think this game could deffo benefit from say 30 mins blinds with a slightly earlier start but all in all a very well ran tournie with staff very much on the ball. 2 fo 1 offers on at restaurant 1st class value.

Personally got off to great start with the donkest of donkest players donating but serious card dead streaks which you simply cant afford with the structure as it was. Great recovery from Stumpy after some bad luck and a bit of fortune, hats off to Mrs Stumpy for a solid performance and Imi was Imi from the off and so so close ( shudda won imo) to pulling it off.

Highlight for me was the great support around the final table for Imi by all who stayed and the way he handled himself on the final table with some great crack. Luvved the one where player raised, Imi ships all in and player we named as "Tome Cruise" asks how much more? Imi says, she raised Ive shipped for loads now hurry the fuck up.
