What you guys think; Im not sure if I played this hand right looking back I feel I got lucky by the fact that the other guy played rubbish cards on the flop there was loads of hands that had me beat that this guy could have and even though the turn gave me two pair it also completed a striaght.

not really; bit of a limp way to play it

Probably true looking back over the stats that guy had played nearly 70% of all hands so maybe I should not have given him credit for a big hand.

I think you play it ok I guess.

One thing though your game seleciton is so bad. Game selection is so important at these stakes, you need to be on tables with people with 100+bbs imo. I notice you dont have auto top up either, why is this?

noone has full buyin; all ppl trying to roll up; one time; ty; wp; ul; gg; etc

na theres tonnes of tables with full stacks, if not just go to the 50bb min tables.

I don't think you played it that bad at all. The call on the river is standard as a ship is a massive spew. I don't mind the check back on the turn or the flat on the flop.

Only thing I may do is 3bet to isolate preflop to like 2.50 since as you say villain is playing so many hands and you have a monster vs his range.

I think u just have to raise his flop bet.
draw heavy board and already behind to AJ / AT / JT - all very possible.
need to find out where u are here as turn card has every chance to making it even harder to assess.
if he isn't that strong a flop raise (even a small one) could easily buy u a check on the turn.
as played check behind on the turn makes sense and river call looks easy given stats etc.

3 bet pre and take control of the hand

3 bet pre and take control of the hand

I'm 3betting with AQ 100% of the time against somebody with 70% VPIP. Partly for value, but mostly because I want to isolate him and thin the field. You should be happy to play big pots in position against this type of player with AQ.

As played, I guess it worked out quite well. I would probably raise the flop, but once you've just called the flop there's no other option but to c/c the turn and river. Easy call on the river btw, depite the 4 cards to a straight.

I like a 3bet pre to isolate (and get it in if he shoves or 4bets IMO) I also like a smallish bet on the turn after he checks to you, something like $2.50, again getting it in here if he shoves. As played call river.

FWIW I don't think you played it bad, just I would play it slightly differently.
